Delivery Details

  • Your Isles of Scilly Scented Narcissi will be delivered by special courier service direct to your door in specially designed midnight blue presentation boxes

    For delivery on Saturday there is a supplement charge - please call us to discuss. There are no Sunday, Monday or UK public holiday deliveries.

    Delivery surcharges will be levied on all orders for Scotland, Eire, Northern Ireland and all offshore islands inlcuding the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Please allow an extra day for these deliveries.

    NB for delivery to Ireland/Eire please put either Ireland or Eire in the postcode box.

    For delivery to the Channel Islands and Europe please call us to discuss.

    We can accept orders up to six months in advance. However, please allow 3 days for orders to be processed and delivered.

    On very rare occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control,  such as snow or storms, your delivery may be delayed.  We will endeavour to keep you informed if there are any problems.

     
  • Delivery Details

  • Our courier undertakes to deliver between the hours of 9am and 5pm. However during the busy months of November and December our couriers will deliver up to 8pm

    You may choose to have your flowers sent to a business address, rather than your home address.

    Please provide a contact phone number for the address the flowers are to be delivered to when you fill out the order page under 'delivery details'

    If there is no one in to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave your flowers and you may also input instructions on the Delivery Details page of the order form. Otherwise, the courier will leave a card with a contact telephone number so you can call to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.
