How will I know if my bouquet has left the islands?

If you have provided us with an email address, we will email you to let you know your order has been despatched. If we don't have an email address for you, please feel free to call us at any time, and we will be more than happy to update you on the status of your order.

How will I know if my bouquet has been delivered?

Each bouquet is tracked from the moment it leaves us here at The Blue Box Flower Company. Our couriers provide us with a unique tracking number for each bouquet, and we check in with them regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly. If you would like any details on the delivery of your bouquet, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will personally contact our Courier Manager to check the status of your bouquet. If we foresee any problem with delivery, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.  

What if the recipient is out at the time of delivery?

Our courier will ask for a signature by the recipient on delivery. Should the recipient be unavailable at the time of delivery, our couriers will follow our "Perishable Goods" contract, and attempt to find a safe place to leave your bouquet, leaving a note with you explaining where they have been left. If the courier feels it is unsafe to leave the bouquet, they will post a card through your door explaining that they attempted to deliver and will take them back to the depot for re-delivery. When placing your order please give instructions regarding a suitable location. To help avoid these issues please give a contact phone number for the recipient- or failing that, your own phone number, or ours so we can try and resolve the delivery issue as soon as possible (01720 423767).
