Customer Services

1. When can I contact you?

Phone lines are open 08:00 to 17:00 GMT/BST Monday to Friday. We are closed on Sunday and Bank Holidays. An answer machine service is available outside office hours.

2. How do I make a complaint?

We take great care to ensure all flowers and gifts leave us in peak condition. If you are in any way disappointed with our service please contact us by telephone on 01720 423767 or email us at orders@scentednarcissi.co.uk. We aim to respond to all customer service enquiries within one working day and resolve all complaints as soon as possible.

3. Can I be removed from your mailing list?

If you wish to be removed from our postal mailing list, please email orders@scentednaricssi.co.uk or call 01720 423767 with your name and postcode.

To be removed from our email mailing list please email orders@scentednarcissi.co.uk with your request, including your email address or use the 'unsubscribe' option at the bottom of the email you have received.

 

Delivery

1. Can I include a message with my order?

Yes, all orders include a personal message. Please remember to include your own name on the message as this will not be automatically included.

The message will be included in the box with your flowers. If you have ordered a gift card as an extra with your order, then the message will be included in the card.

Your message can be up to 350 characters (the number of characters remaining will display as you type)

 

Ordering

1. Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, you can order online in advance for any date – you need to select the date from a calendar of available delivery dates. Advance orders will be stored in our computer system until the required dispatch date.

2. Can I order from overseas?

Yes, you can order online with most credit/debit cards from around the world. All payments will be in UK pounds sterling and converted to your own currency at a rate set by the bank that issued your card.

3. Do I have to create an account with you?

No, we have a 'Quick Checkout' service where you can place an order without registering with us. If you wish to store delivery addresses and view your order history then you will need to create an account with us.

4. Has my order gone through?

If your order is successful you will receive an automated email from Scented Narcissi to confirm the order details.

5. How do I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order either by email, orders@scentednarcissi.co.uk, or by phone, 01720 423767

6. I have a promotional code, how do I use it?

Follow the order process and at the ‘basket summary’ page, enter the code in the promotion code box and click 'Verify Code'. The page should reload with discount/offer shown in the basket.

7. Can I use more than one promotional code?

No, unfortunately customers are only permitted to use one promotional code per order.

 

Payment

1. Which cards do you accept?

We can accept most credit/debit cards from around the world including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Switch/Maestro.

2. I have a foreign card, can I still order?

Yes, you can order online with most credit/debit cards from around the world. All payments will be in UK pounds sterling and converted to your own currency at a rate set by the bank that issued your card.

3. Is the payment secure?

Yes, we use Sagepay, part of the Bank of Scotland group. Sagepay are one of the world's leading online payment service provider. All payments are encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the users browser using SSL. For more information, please visit the Sagepay website at www.sagepay.com
