Unfortunately the Covid 19 Pandemic has had a lasting affect on courier networks across the country.
Most of our orders are being delivered on time. However, your order may arrive later than expected so please allow an extra few working days for your flowers to arrive.
The couriers are under a very heavy workload and with major staff shortages, they are having to employ new and inexperienced staff to fulfil the increasing number of deliveries.
In order to help the couriers we ask that you
Allow an extra few days for delivery.
Ensure the shipping address and postcode are correct.
Give simple, clear delivery instructions in the space provided at checkout.
To avoid an unsuccessful delivery, the letterbox bouquet is perfect if you are unsure whether there is a safe place to leave one of our larger boxes of Narcissi.
Contact us or the recipient to check the flowers have been delivered - cards are NOT always left at the moment and deliveries are sometimes well hidden!
