Orders are dispatched the day prior to the selected delivery date in the expectation that the courier fulfils the delivery on the following day. The flowers have been sent directly from the Isles of Scilly and due to our remote location, delays occasionally occur. We plan ahead as much as possible and work closely with the shipping company to minimise the impact of any travel disruption, but this is why we can't guarantee a specific delivery day and the delivery date chosen is only approximate.
