Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

We normally require three working days’ notice prior to the delivery date for cancellations in order to receive a full refund. At peak periods we begin processing orders earlier than usual, to account for the large volume of deliveries. This means that we may need up to 7-10 days’ notice for any cancellations.
