Congratulations

Absolutely — your preferred delivery date can be selected at checkout.

While we always aim to deliver on this date, our island location means deliveries may occasionally arrive a day or two later. For special occasions, we suggest choosing a date slightly ahead to allow for any unforeseen delays.

We can deliver to most postal addresses in the UK including, Isle of Wight, Isle of man and Scottish Highlands and Islands. Some destinations may incur a delivery charge and take an extra day or two to arrive.

Unfortunately, we don't deliver to Northern Ireland or abroad at this time.

Yes — your narcissi are picked, prepared, and dispatched directly from the farms.

They travel exceptionally well and are sent in bud, so you can enjoy them as they open.

Tracking details, including a 7–digit consignment number will be provided by APC once your order has been collected.

Using APC Choice enter your consignment number and delivery postcode to see live updates and manage delivery options.

If you are unable to see tracking information or have not heard from the recipient, we recommend contacting us so we can look into this promptly.

Yes — the flowers are carefully packaged to travel well and can be left in a safe place if needed. They will remain fresh until you are able to bring them inside and place them in water.

As delivery is from the Isles of Scilly, occasional delays can occur.

Your narcissi are prepared to withstand this and will still arrive in excellent condition. If you have ordered for a specific occasion, we recommend choosing an earlier delivery date for peace of mind.

Yes — narcissi travel exceptionally well. Their stems naturally hold moisture, allowing them to arrive fresh and full of life, even after their journey from the islands.

We take great care in preparing every box. If you are at all disappointed, please do get in touch and, if possible, include a photograph — we will always do our best to put things right.

Should your flowers arrive damaged, or not last as they should once in water, we will always do our best to resolve this for you.

If anything is not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible and include a photograph where you can.

If your order has not arrived within three days of its intended delivery date, please contact us and we will arrange either a replacement on our next available delivery date or a full refund.

Our boxes are designed to protect the flowers on their journey from the islands.

There may be marks or dents from transit, but the flowers inside will be carefully protected and presented.

Yes — we use fully compostable and recyclable materials wherever possible, including our protective flower pouch.

Yes — you can add a personalised message at checkout, which will be included with your flowers.

You can enhance your order with a selection of thoughtful extras — our “Little Extras” — to create a more complete gift.

The fragrance is naturally present and can gently fill a room, though it varies slightly by variety.
